Now listed for $3,750,000, the spectacular North Slope townhouse, I love that with 20% down, the mortgage payments avg. out at about $15,000.00 a month. The townhouse is 4,400 sq.ft. though, so I figure if I look for something a 1/4 of the size, I can find a price at just under one. 

And then given my recent lottery win, I’ll be able to comfortably purchase a place and not have to worry about taking out a huge loan attached to a high interest rate**.
